01. What materials do you use for tooling?

We primarily use resin for cost-effective prototyping and low-volume production, aluminium for consistent medium production runs, and silicone rubber mould technology for intricate designs and flexible tooling.

Our in-house tooling phase is typically completed within 3–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your design and chosen material.

 Yes, our agile process, particularly utilizing silicone rubber mould technology, allows for efficient modifications to prototypes and designs, often without significant retooling costs.
